The testo 104-IR food safety thermometer is the ideal measuring tool for measuring temperature and food safety conditions. Thanks to its compact and exquisite design, the retail industry can perform inspections of food during receipt and transportation at any time.

Infrared and contact temperature measurement two-in-one

The testo 104-IR is equipped with a precise 2-point aiming laser with an optical resolution of 10:1 and a clearly visible measuring range, allowing fast and accurate surface temperature measurements at any time. The 2-in-1 temperature measuring instrument is particularly suitable for incoming food inspection and for quickly detecting the surface temperature of individual or whole boxes of food.

Penetration temperature probes are suitable for measuring the core core temperature of food products such as meats and sausages. Typically used when infrared surface temperature measurements are insufficient to determine food safety. The piercing probe can be folded back into the instrument when not in use to prevent breakage and damage.

Simple and fast on-site use

When the penetration temperature probe is turned on, the thermometer automatically turns on. Starting an infrared measurement requires only a simple button press. The measurement results are displayed on a large, clearly visible display. The buttons are easy to use and require no training to be put into use. At the same time, the waterproof rating of this food infrared thermometer is IP65.
